That no one could win,
An outcome known
Since conflict began.
But those who were married
To pride and battle
Were blessed with the loudest voices
As the common folk
Did their best at daily life
As they always knew it.
Who would listen to those affected
When not having to care?
Who would listen to those affected
When not standing there?
