Let us play with nature!
We will plant clouds in the sky
And see the fruits of our labor
When the rain falls
Like a bucket of water
On an anthill.
We will work with the mysterious
And unlock the clever secrets,
Smashing the small
To discover the massive.
We will breathe life
Into those long vanished,
Put them in a place
They’ve never known.
We can ask questions later
Over the ethics.
First, we must ‘science.’
In this sandbox,
Whichever child
Grabs the plastic shovel first
Wields the control and power.
