With Flavor

I enjoy working with the different
Spices and herbs because I like
Getting away for a moment
And going someplace
Different.

Where do I want to go with
This curry I’m making?
India or Thailand?
Fresh Thai basil
It is.

I let my tastebuds hop a boat
Or a plane and go to other
Places- those I’ve never
Been to, but imagine
With flavor.
