Another Upgrade

It’s all to waste,
The tech of yesterday-
Just a useless clump
Waiting to be thrown away.
The upgrades came-
Mostly the same
But with a small tweak
Rendering the old obsolete.
It goes in a pile
To be thrown here or there-
The landfill, ocean, anywhere.
The heap gets bigger after a while.

And, what do you know-
Another upgrade.
