By Andrew R. Duckworth
There were no roads
And then there was every road.
And then I was exhausted.
The more I saw the world,
The more I realized God’s wrath
Was already beating down.
The more I saw the signs,
The more only one road existed,
Only one that led anywhere good,
Only one where God reached down
While we reached up,
Only one worth pursuing.
I’ve barely stepped on this path,
Narrow, evading the aftermath.
Very good, Drew!Sent from my iPhone
