Who is the most famous or infamous person you have ever met?
By Andrew R. Duckworth
I once shook hands with a man
Who had the world within his hand,
Once holding influence over lands,
A snarly smile and framed eyes
Who rose to power with his lies
And clever framing of disguise.
His reign was but a short time
Yet long enough to do the crime-
Stealing power, ruining lives,
As many who rise to power do,
Who hold the power over you
And warp what is right and true.
And while I never wished him dead,
When he passed no tears were shed.
