By Andrew R. Duckworth

Riding on winds that curl the clouds
Comes a man from the sky to ground
Whipping the cyclone in the air
As he steps to the ground just there.
Yes, the man of the legends past
Has stepped his feet on ground at last
To show the men hard work again,
Rein in the cattle with a blast.
A hero from old tales and myth
Steps from the winds and comes forthwith
To get the folk to sing again
And meet the other as their friend.
But when that poser comes to town
Don’t tell ole Bill about the clown.
He’ll laugh until he’s out of breath,
Until he laughs himself to death.
