Sky full of clouds on a gray day
When mind is fast asleep
And dreariness seems here to stay
When all you do is weep.
What can one do on cloudy days?
Well, I’m glad you asked.
Move as if the day is so bright
‘Cause life is moving fast.
If you let the darkness survive
You’ll only hurt yourself
So stay awake, let yourself thrive,
Put darkness on the shelf.
What can one do on cloudy days?
Just keep your life storm free,
And you’ll find where the clear sky stays
And sun is all you’ll see.
