The Why and How of Things

What are you curious about?

My mind never stops pondering
The mysteries of the universe
Or the hand that crafted it
Or why the waters of the ocean
Are sapphire blue and not amber,
Why vegetation is green, not blue,
How fire burns different colors
Depending on the fuel utilized.

Why does the ocean wave?
Why do plants grow at all?

My questions are nonsensical-
To many, inconsequential.
But it’s all related somehow,
Carefully threaded together
Like a tapestry
That makes more sense
The further away you view it,
Random pieces forming a mosaic.

The “hows” science answers.
The “whys” answered by God.
